Ive already answered. And again, my position is that its the hoarding of the money that is the immorality that demands focus, not the means, while acknowledging that billionaires may or may not have attained their massive wealth through evil means. It is your position that they only could have attained it through evil means. If thats your claim, explain the evil means through which Taylor Swift became a billionaire. Explain the evil means through which Judy Faulkner and Johnelle Hunt became billionaires. If you cant, then just admit you are wrong.

Thats certainly the most common way people make money. What would be more useful is if you or any of the other responders wants to define what the evil/immoral acts all billionaires are guilty of other than the act of hoarding that much money to begin with. I just listed 3 billionaires whom I believe attained their massive wealth through non-evil means, so why not begin there? What would be really interesting would be for any of you to detail their evil acts and differentiate it from the non-billionaires in the same industries, down to and including yourselves.

If we start taking out people who make poor, life changing, or taking decisions, how is the healthcare guy any different from any president that sends troops to combat, knowing they wont all return? Heres how its different; healthcare guy denies claims at a much higher than industry average explicitly for profits. A president sends troops to war always under the guise of fighting for freedom or our national security interests etc. Sure, you can probably make a complex and/or conspiratorial argument that those are just thinly veiled reasons to justify a war thats really about national or even private financial gains, but in the case of healthcare guy theres no additional steps needed to get from point A – denying claims, to point B – to make profits. Health insurance companies bankrupt and/or kill Americans, for profit. No long winded conspiracy needed to explain it, thats just what it is.

Right, it would be, unless again he wanted to get caught. We dont know his motivations or his situation. What if he is terminally ill and only has months to live? Getting caught is irrelevant because there wont even be enough time to get to trial before he dies anyways. Not giving himself up and leading police on a wild goose chase for days would be a pretty adequate F U in that scenario.

Mass deportations will hurt the economy. Mass tariffs will hurt the economy. Doing both at the same time each at unprecedented scales, will do indescribable harm to the economy. Its hard to view this as anything other than self-sabotage of a nation.

Maybe he wants to be caught. I was musing about this the other day, how if the motivation was that he lost someone to an insurance denial or he himself is sick, he might want his story known. Forcing the police to commit tons of resources into the capture could just be a big fuck you to the system even if he ultimately intended to get caught regardless. But I suppose well get privy to all the details sooner or later.

Trump has a congressional trifecta and the hyper partisan Supreme Court backing him, and the Heritage Foundation constantly looking into all ways to subvert our institutions and implement their and Trumps agenda through any means necessary. Lets not forget that the SC granted Trump blanket immunity for official acts and this is after his lawyers literally argued that Trump as president would be able to legally order the assassination of political opponents as an official act. Everyone arguing that Trump and GOP wont be able to do this or that, are huffing copium. You guys are in denial about who Trump is, who GOP is, who the Supreme Court is, and how badly they are about to fuck this country.

People fail to realize it was never about grocery prices. Just like 2016 was never about economic anxiety. In both cases Trump got handed a great economy. It is just a convenient excuse to hide their racism, bigotry, and hate behind. They voted for Trump because they want to HURT anyone who isnt a straight white conservative. Thats it.
