If you feel like its getting in the way of your life or affecting your relationships then youve got a problem. Outside of that, it sounds like jacking it just isnt cutting it anymore. Maybe you need a girl idk. As for me, my baseline is once a day. When I do more cardio it bumps up to 2-3x a day. Dont bother getting a handle on it, when Im busy and havent for a day or two Ill be bricked up until I do.
