How i meant it initially, is I remember some friends and coworkers that have had to deal with dark times; the first tipoffs i noticed was their personal workspace/desk was becoming super messy, then their appearance was slipping. Then things like body odor/smelly laundry being worni just meant that the signs start small, then spiral out of control in slow motion as you watch over weeks/months. ‍️
