It sounds like you might be moving a little fast. You have a friendship, and you’re considering marriage? If it’s still a friendship, and the romantic feelings don’t go both ways, I would get out right away. Because it’s never going to end well between a Christian and an awakened person.

There are many facts for which there is no scientific basis. Science cannot prove the absence of anything. People who suggest that it can are misrepresenting what science is. It is also impossible to prove that there is a God. The Christianists who falsely state that they have proven the existence of a God are misrepresenting their beliefs.

Childhood indoctrination is the only way religions can survive. If they allowed children to develop normally the children would grow up to be healthy Secular Humanists.

American Christianists don’t know what it is to be persecuted. They have been told that they’re persecuted for generations, but in fact they are the most privileged people aside from the wealthy.
