Sounds to me like you squandered valuable numismatics for market value which is just unfathomable. Its good youre happy but likely with a little research and effort you could have sold those coins for much more. Unless you actually needed a quick buck it wouldve been more fruitful to save and share those with your family, especially if you have children.

I don’t have children so I get that but I still own rare coins and a lot of precious metals and they’re only going up in value. Unless OP needs the money rn it’s not a wise thing to do. Most of these X’rs do have kids and so I thought to mention that. As another commenter just pointed out this is likely a self-promotional business tryna drum up more business from poor suckers getting old. It’s likely all bullshit.
