Not anyone. Not trying to be pedantic, the actual truth is kind of interesting. The constitution and the bill of rights are there for “anyone under the jurisdiction thereof”. What that means is if you can be arrested, you have those rights. That does mean that there are some people who don’t have these rights; foreign dignitaries with diplomatic immunity. Those are they ONLY people that don’t have the rights to a fair trial, the right to face thier accusers, or have the right of free speech. But they don’t need it. Because they have even MORE rights than an actual citizen.

Says the idiot that doesn’t understand that I’m asking how breaking the law excuses violations of the law by government actors. Have I once said that they shouldn’t be arresting illegal immigrants? Or have I said that the cops are breaking a law, which can be punishable by up to the death penalty to arrest people commiting misdemeanors? You might think you’re being clever by trying to twist what I said into another Fox News talking point, but I’ve not. Arrest illegal immigrants. But do so legally. And prove they are illegal.

Ahhh, so “show me your papers”. Nevermind the old constitution that makes that statement illegal. So, let me get this straight; the laws being violated aren’t what you care about. It’s just your hate, right? Yes, Ice is breaking the law. Edit: I might also add that the law that governs “show me your papers” is so important that one of the punishments for it can be the death penalty. We don’t execute illegal immigrants.
