Agreed. I just felt like with all the hate Cenk gets we should at least give him credit when he supports good candidates and good policy. Doesn’t mean we can’t still call him out for playing footsies with the right.

They have had him in their show, they were probably friendly with him so they took him at his word. If someone you know says they regret their vote, most people will be happy to hear that.

He goes on right wing shows to talk shit about the left, tweets approvingly at MTG and other right-wingers when they tepidly criticize Trump policy (while never mentioning him by name) but goes on KK&F only to use straw man after straw man argument while never admitting he was wrong even with the evidence shoved in his face. I’m not saying Cenk is maga, contrary to what some people seem to think any criticism of Cenk is, but I am saying he’s not the same person even 8 months ago who called trump Hitler. He won’t even call maga a fascist movement for fear of hurting the fee fees of his new “allies”.

I guess well see. My thought is since Cuomo is a well known democrat that he would split that vote even if he is closer to being a republican.

Sure, it’s late but better than every other republican and most democrats. Sometimes the only thing you can do is get the names of people who are willing to do the right thing vs sitting back or actively cheering it on.

Issue by issue is fine when they actually back it up like Thomas Massie did with the war powers resolution. As soon as MTG signs on I’m all for giving her credit but throwing a tantrum on twitter isn’t something I consider to being on the right side of the issue.
