We didn’t have military parades in 1925… And we only have them to celebrate victories. And no, people are not better off now then they were 10 years ago. 10 years ago, people weren’t better off than they were in the 90s. In the 90s people weren’t as well off as they were in the 60s.

And the people are significantly poorer. That’s the whole point of what this dude is saying. They are cutting funding for people that need it while Trump spends millions of the people’s money on himself.
