That is a strawman, and not even remotely close to what is happening here. This isn’t being held at gunpoint. This isn’t an active shooter situation. This is a gun pressed against the back of of the head of a sudued suspect. This is illegal. No matter how you want to try and twist things into some thing that is not happening.

Again, it does not matter what crime this person committed in relation to the crimes the cops committed on tape here. They could have been actively raping Donald Trump on the Whitehouse lawn, and once they stopped it and had the dude on the ground, they can not use deadly force. Pressing a gun against someone’s head to make them comply with any order is deadly force.
