Thats true too. I could just always picture Marina with that forceful personality, especially after that episode where she went undercover as a Romulan. Did she ever say how tall Lessa was?

Same. Dragonsong was sitting out at the checkout desk in my middle school library. I just saw the cover and thought it was so pretty with all the firelizards so I gave it a shot. I had no idea there were books before it or after but i was so glad there were.

Pretty sure the grubs were engineered by Ted Tubberman. This page has some interesting discussion about them and that plaque they found with Eureka! on it.

It bothers me that Todd or her other kids weren’t able to keep this place in the family. I guess it’s possible that even with the inheritance and any money Todd and Gigi made from their books wasn’t enough to hold onto it. If I had a few million though…

I dreamt as a teenager of going to Ireland to visit herwith permission of course. I had so many questions about her books, I even wrote down a list and folded it up and kept it on the shelf next to my collection. I cried the day she died, it was almost like losing a member of my family that I had never met. But it felt like I had after reading so many of her books.over and over again. Even now I have tears in my eyes remembering what we lost.
