Its been tougher than an intergalactic tour of Klacton 9, but its worth it to have the extra room for our pet Rolo-Yertols

I bought my first home in late 2919 on an offer of employment letter after moving to a new state only two months prior. I never started that job and closed a week into a different job I accepted in the meantime. Is was the most rushed and best financial decision of my entire life

Yep I was always told the same LLL. But bought on a main road for our first home as it was all we could afford. Is what it is. Good luck with the sale!

Just some food for thought, Ive been in a similar situation – bought a house in a good neighborhood but on the main road. Easily a 100k -125k cheaper than all the other houses just behind it in the neighborhood. This was about 3 months before Covid/lockdown started. Ended up selling it 1.5 years later to get off the main road while the getting was good as I knew it would sit (as it had been when we bought it). Location Location Location Also above poster is right about sq ft. You should be pricing per nearby homes with the same bed/bath/age count. Few others but sq fr aint it
