Does it? I thought the constitution said there’s a right of free travel between states…. Oh, you mean the Texas constitution. Well, the US constitution also has something to say about that; a state can not make a law to take away that right. So yes, illegal.

Well, seeing as barring people from leaving a state is against the US constitution, and states can’t take away those rights, only give more, it’s kind of a moot point you’re raising. And also completely unreasonable.

If everyone just complied with the US Government, we wouldn’t have a minimum wage, overtime, 40-hour work week, right to not be a Slave, right to vote if you are not a plantation owner and the list goes on and on and on….
