Not anyone. Not trying to be pedantic, the actual truth is kind of interesting. The constitution and the bill of rights are there for “anyone under the jurisdiction thereof”. What that means is if you can be arrested, you have those rights. That does mean that there are some people who don’t have these rights; foreign dignitaries with diplomatic immunity. Those are they ONLY people that don’t have the rights to a fair trial, the right to face thier accusers, or have the right of free speech. But they don’t need it. Because they have even MORE rights than an actual citizen.
