I’ve studied a number of systems and I’m always happy to put on a white belt, empty my cup (as they say) and move through the ranks quickly. The biggest challenge is remaining humble and not allowing muscle memory of past styles to get in the way of learning new neuro-muscluar pathways.

I voted Kamala last election and I was smug and took joy in leopards eating faces of those in Michigan and other Muslim Americans who sat that election out. Yes, it’s made with filo dough not flour or pancake mix. The three key ingredients are filo, feta and spinach. The recipe I make is a family recipe passed from my grandmother to my mother to me. I take a lot of pride in our heritage and recipes and seeing this post threw me off. OP’s recipe is a spinach pie at best, to call it spanikopita is an insult.
