My villagers call me Optimus cuz that’s what I chose. Quite a few times they’ve tried to change it to weird names and I always shoot them down.

They do love to gift clothing, sometimes I’ll get the exact same piece from two or three different villagers. Sometimes in the same color! Shake trees, pop balloons and check Nooks daily for more furniture. If you go to Harv’s and talk to Katrina, if she gives you the belongings fortune you’ll have a better chance of getting random furniture as gifts from villagers. They’ll run up to you and give it to you instead of as a gift in return for yours.

Someone can correct me if Im wrong, but I remember reading that digging a hole doesnt use up your shovel unless theres something to dig up like a plant, gyroid, money etc.

My favorite way to play is to take inspiration from other people’s islands. I’m not super creative so it’s helpful to me to see new designs implemented, try and recreate it and then change it up to my own tastes. Pintrest is good for that or even here on reddit.

It seems a little early for a new AC but they did just end new content for Pocket Camp. I think there’s a small chance.
