Has firing a gun into the sky been deemed as a first amendment protected form of protess? If so, then yes. If not then no. You’re just making things up at this point, because you can’t accept the fact that you might be wrong about this with. It’s OK to be wrong. I’m wrong quite often. But that doesn’t mean that doing something that has been ruled to be legal, and doing it in the places where you are allowed to do that constitutionally protected legal thing can be beaten by a local law.

Wow, you are this dumb, aren’t you? I’m not claiming it’s legal now, I’m claiming it’s been legal to do exactly this (and only this exact thing) for a long time now. He will be able to appeal this to the Supreme Court. It is, quite literally, a violation of his constitutional rights. I can only tell you what is actually the truth so many times. You are pathetic.
