Where I am in the U.S., oatmilk in the stores has a ton of shitty ingredients added to it and it is pricey compared to just blending oats and water. If I used oatmilk I would probably just make it myself and I hate cleaning my blender.

So me and my spouse have five tubs of vegan cream cheese. Two are Philadelphia Plant-Based, two are Kite Hill, and one is a fancy boutique brand called Bandit (delicious btw) At current prices that warrants an armored car. I don’t know what to do with this much cream cheese Start buying bagels.

I was thinking of making something like this as I have a lot of chickpeas. Thank you. If you press the space bar after “Ingredients:” and “Instructions:” you get vertical lists making the recipe easier to read. Vegan ‘Tuna’ Salad Recipe Video Prep Time: 15 minutes Total Time: 15 minutes Serving: 6-8 Ingredients: 1.5 cups Chickpeas, boiled (or 1 can = 15 oz) 1/2 cup Onions, diced 1/2 cup Celery, diced 1/2 cup Parsley, finely chopped 1/3 Dill, finely chopped 2 Scallions, finely diced 1/2 cup Kosher Dill Pickles, finely diced 3 Tbsp Capers, minced 1/2 cup Artichoke, roughly chopped 2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard 1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar 2 Tbsp Tahini Black Pepper, to taste Instructions: Drain Chickpeas and set aside. Finely dice all celery, onions, parsley, dill, scallions, kosher dill pickles, capers, and artichokes. To a large mixing bowl, add the chickpeas and smash to a coarse texture. Add all the ingredients to the chickpeas and mix until evenly combined. Cover with lid, and chill in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours for the flavors to blend.
