You just pluck a few leaves into a cup, pour boiling water over it, and drink? Nice.

Please note I’m not a scientist or medical professional. An honest person. Seriously, always ask people on Reddit how they know what they know and if they applied their own advice to their own lives.

Imagine how much more smarter your children would have been if your wife didn’t do recreational drugs while she was pregnant.

/u/Mizard611 I asked my brother by law for his regime, this is what he replied fish oil, 2grams daily. I use Carlson’s brand. Garlique, one daily Psyllium fiber: 0.5mg capsules. 3-6 capsules, twice a day My total chol decreased almost 100 in a year, HDL up, LDL down. This won’t work for everyone, especially without dietary changes. But it worked for me, and it worked before dietary changes or weight loss.

Human lungs really aren’t built for very hot gasses. Doing so hurts the lungs even if what you smoke isn’t tobacco. You also don’t know which smokable herbs may effect your heart condition in a bad way, like cannabis.

They all have horrible shipping charges. If you think you can use a pound of feverfew buy from Frontier Co-Op directly or from a site that has their products and that have free shipping. If you don’t object to Amazon or eBay you might get free shipping on Frontier Co-Op herbs from one of those sites. It is probably the most economical way to get it.

I’ve had good results with infusions of stinging nettles for decreasing inflammation. I’ve also had good results with using ginger in multiple forms for reducing inflammation.
