Tea ( Camellia sinensis ) absorbs fluoride from the soil. You probably want an upper limit of 1 quart ( 4 cups ) a day, preferably less.

Damn that’s crazy, notice how that’s literally not the same thing as what you’re trying to say I said? You “read” like a native English speaker, so let’s not pretend you meant something different with that common phrase. You could have asked /u/Illustrious_Cash1325 which herbs, which dosages, and what schedules he tried. He might have answered, and we all might of learned something useful. Instead you told him he shouldn’t post here because he didn’t believe in every herbal solution and now like an adolescent you are trying to deny that you wrote what you wrote. So instead of learning something, you created another petty argument on reddit. That is just dumb.

Agreed. All upper case text and police siren icons do not strike people in a productive way.

https://www.reddit.com/r/herbalism/comments/1lhi34v/herbs_to_raise_testosterone/mz4h4zo/ Why the fuck are you on this sub of you’re calling herbs snake oil? It’s not the herbs fault that you don’t know how to use them.

Really? If you are into herbalism, but believe it doesn’t fix every problem you don’t belong here? That sucks.

Squats ( men only ) raises testosterone too and you don’t have to get naked… unless you want to. 🙂

How to fix your “Key points: bulleted list: After “or emailing:” press space bar With each bullet point backspace out the bullet and start again. Do not indent the bullets and start the text after each bullet with only 1 white space. You can just copy the “code” I pasted below into each of your 7 copies of this post: Code to copy: **Key points you can mention when calling or emailing:** * Kratom has helped thousands of North Carolinians manage chronic pain, anxiety, and opioid withdrawalwithout deadly consequences. * Adding kratom to Schedule VI without public input or hearings is undemocratic and unethical. * HB 328 was originally about THC regulationsneaking kratom into it at the last minute is deceptive. * The National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA) has funded research into kratoms potential as a safer alternative to opioids. * Kratom is not the problembanning it could push people back to dangerous, deadly street opioids. * Urge Governor Stein to veto HB 328 and demand proper research and stakeholder input before any kratom regulation. /u/Ashen_canid your husband doesn’t have to get testosterone through shots. Testosterone comes in salves and other forms as well. He should find a doctor who has sympathy for alternative treatments. That way he can try a particular herb and get blood tests to see if it actually raises his testosterone levels. If you two find things proven by medical tests to work you can post your anecdotal accounts here for the rest of us. This subreddit tends to be biased towards women’s issues outside of general herbalism. There are many people who participate in /r/herbalism who do not know what they are talking about and who will talk about it anyway, with confidence. Do yourself a favor and talk to a professional herbalist. These days with telemeetings it should not matter if there is one in your area or not.

there are certain herbs worth trying and have improved my gym and energy levels /u/Illustrious_Cash1325 implied that he tried various herbs and had medical tests to measure if they made a difference. Just curious if you had such tests while on those herbs. Maybe your problem wasn’t as bad as his. Maybe your energy levels were a placebo effect.
