I’ve had a lot of store bought long dried chamomile. Didn’t care much for the taste, but I could tolerate it. Does fresh chamomile or recently dried chamomile taste much better?

When you pour hot water into such a jar doing these things will extend its life: Place the jar on top of a thick folded wash cloth Place a spoon in the jar and lean it up against the glass I was told here on /r/herbalism that these things will conduct heat away from the glass. I didn’t do this with my last jar and it cracked after a few years.

Im weighing between a teacher assistant job That means people – children. Children can be mean and much more stressful than adults. You might want to consider another career choice. There has always been “exposure therapy”, but you might want to find a way to do that with the guidance of a professional. Basically, you gradually expose yourself to more situations with people. You move a tiny bit forward, keep doing it, wait until that feels comfortable, and then expose yourself a tiny bit more.

Do those produce an edible bean like the European Lupinus?

Human lungs don’t do well with heated gasses ( of anything ) over time. If you like chamomile just make yourself a tisane (“tea”) out of it. If you want a stronger hit pour 1 cup of boiling water per 5g of chamomile into a sealed container. Let it sit overnight, strain, and refrigerate it.
