This is ALL relevant to the discussion because you brought up morals and ethics. Do you think that a felon should be president? What about a terrorist? To answer you’re question, I will leave you with a quote: “Give me your tired, your poor, Your huddled masses yearning to breathe free, The wretched refuse of your teeming shore. Send these, the homeless, tempest-tost to me, I lift my lamp beside the golden door!” (seeing as my family took this opportunity decades ago, the answer is yes. I think we should welcome immigration. I think we should spend a few of the billions ice gets to destroy people’s live on helping them finish thier paperwork. And the other 180 or so billion could be going to all Americans that have no Healthcare or homes.)

K, cool. Trump is a domestic terrorist and traitor that instigated a violent coup attempt that failed miserably. Then he went on to pardon more terrorists. This is after being convicted of 34 felonies. He also rapes women, and raped a bunch of kids. And you’re talking about the bad ethics and morality of civil infractions.

Yeah, that’s what I thought. You’re pathetic.

Inciting a riot? That’s rich coming from a traitor like Trump. Was the dude that got arrested commiting a hate crime or inciting a riot? And, btw, what law are you talking about? The one that was violated when that guy was arrested? 18 US 242? Because that’s exactly what that law says they can’t do; a person acting with official capacity to violate someone’s rights. That’s illegal.

Deprivation of rights under color of law. That’s the law that’s being violated by Trump, in this specific case. Dude is just a straight up crook. You know this.

If thier conduct is not solely expressive. You said it your self in that quote, burning a flag is not, and can not be made illegal if it is done in protest. This was done in protest. In a traditional public forum, where you have the right to burn a flag. In protest. The Supremacy Clause states that no local or state government can make a law that would take away or circumvent your rights. Buring a flag, in a park (traditional public forum), in protest is not, and can not, be made illegal unless the constitution says so.

Supremacy Clause.

The context before the clip is irrelevant to whether they are or are not breaking the law. There wouldn’t be those laws if it did matter.

Lol, poverty is why there are no fathers in those homes. No fathers in homes is a symptom of poverty. Poverty is the root cause. Scarcity of resources. If (this isn’t a call for communism, btw, though I think the way China builds homes for the poor does help a lot) we lived in like a Star Trek world, where there was no scarcity of resources, every need and want is met by society (we could very easily do this ourselves, if it weren’t for greed) for everyone, I imagine crime rates and gang activities would plummet. But you’re right, poverty isn’t the only reason for crime. That’s why wage theft (I can guarantee you’ve been a victim of this) is the most prolific crime being committed. More than any other crime, full stop. It’s companies and billionaires that commit the most crimes. But that again, is due to lack of resources, but on thier part it is the manufacturering of that scarcity.

Because it doesn’t pick apart anything. The context is they already had him sudued. His crime or lack thereof has nothing to do with the conduct after that point. This is, by the way, the law.
