The GOP hates mail-in voting. Why? Because you cant close black polling stations if theyre voting by mail. OOPS not enough ballots/machines, OOPS the electricity went out all day, OOPS the new polling place isnt anywhere near public transitall that GONE because of Vote By Mail. Remember that.
