I picked up a bag of dried Jiaogulan leaves; its one of my favorite teas (and excellent with honey). So it taste’s good? Is it stimulating? As far as medicinal effects go, do you think it is better than ashwaganda or other adaptogens, tonics that are more available?

Ginger works (for me at least ) within 15 minutes. Turmeric supposedly works cumulatively over time. Choose your brand of turmeric carefully. There have been a number of articles about people using turmeric supplements who gotten sick from heavy metal poisoning. Turmeric can absorb heavy metals from the soil, but most of the contamination comes from primary sources add the heavy metals in for various reasons. Some supplement companies have good reputations for monitoring their sources for contamination. Of course, those supplement are more expensive. Thorne is one of those companys.

cream on my inner arms during a flare no steroids Did you mean legs? My guess is that you have already been to a dermatologist and have a diagnosis. If not, go. Skin issues are often signs of medical issues and dermatologists can tell you which one.

Binge eating is an eating disorder. If you have access to therapy seeking out specialist might do more for you than an herb.
